Private tiers don't show on your event page. Go to Events, tap your event and scroll the details panel to Private tiers. Copy the link and send it to the people it's for.
Step by step
- Go to Events > Active and tap your event. In the details panel, scroll to Private tiers and copy the link.

- Send it to the people the tier is for. Anyone opening it sees that tier, which is hidden from everyone else.

- They check out as normal, signing your waiver. If you've given them a promo code, they turn on I have promo code and enter it.

Public page vs private link
Your public event page only lists public tiers. The private link shows the private tier on its own.
Free private tiers
Pair a private tier with a 100% promo code (with a usage limit) to give volunteers free places.
For editors: grey [Screenshot] and [GIF] notes show where each image goes. Files are on Joe's Desktop in Clyx help centre (working files) > Help centre media. Delete each note once its image is in, then delete this box and tick Published.
