Full guide

Hide remaining event capacity

Hides counters like "20 spots left" on your event page. The cap still applies.

Unlimited capacity

No cap on spots. Ticket quantity is then limited only by any numbers you set on each ticket tier.

Location name vs location

Location is the real address and drives the map. Location name is a label you write, handy for details like which door or which café, for example "Speakers Corner, meet by the café".

When to use pods

Back-to-back workshops, multiple rooms or multi-venue events. Example: a 40-person event with Pod 1 in Room A from 2 to 3pm (20 spots) and Pod 2 in Room B from 3 to 4pm (20 spots).

Pod spots must add up

The pods' combined spots need to equal or exceed your event's total capacity.

Switching between the two

You can switch from Single event to Pods (or back), but the details you entered for the other option won't be saved.
