Open the Promo code step, type a code or tap Generate random, choose which tiers it applies to and set the discount. Expiry date, usage limit and a maximum discount are optional. You can have up to 10 codes per event.
Step by step
- In the builder, open Promo code from the left-hand list.
- Type a code, or tap Generate random.
- Under Apply to, pick all tiers or specific ones, then tap Apply.
- Set the discount as a percentage, and the expiry date and time.
- Optionally set a usage limit and a maximum discount limit. Tap Create promo code to add another.
- To remove a code, open it and tap Delete, then confirm.

Discount
Any percentage. 100% makes the ticket free, handy for volunteers or crew.
Expiration date
When the code stops working. For a 24-hour flash code, set it to this time tomorrow. It can't be in the past.
Usage limit
How many times the code can be used in total. Leave blank for unlimited.
Maximum discount limit
Caps the discount in money, whatever the percentage. Example: 25% off but never more than £10 off.
Tracking codes
Your event's Promo Codes tab shows each code with redemptions, remaining uses, status and expiry.
