Waivers and waiver templates

Make every guest agree to your terms before they can buy.

Open Waiver in the builder, tap Create template, give it a name and write your terms. Turn on Save this template to My Templates to reuse it on future events. Guests must tick to agree and sign with their initials before they can pay.

Step by step

  1. In the builder, open Waiver and tap Create template.

  1. Name it (for example My T&Cs) and write your terms.

  1. To reuse it, turn on Save this template to My Templates. Leave it off for a one-off waiver.

  1. This is the last step. Tap Publish event when you're ready.

What guests see

At checkout, guests read your waiver, tick "I have read and agree to the waiver" and sign with their initials before they can continue to payment.

Templates

Saved templates appear on the left of the Waiver step for every new event, so you can add your standard terms in one tap.

Example terms

Tickets are non-refundable. No pets. Fun must be had!
