Clyx pays you through your own Stripe account. You're asked to connect it straight after creating your community. If you skipped it, go to Settings > Payments > Add information. Stripe then reviews the connection, which usually takes around 30 minutes and can take up to 24 hours. You can't sell paid tickets until it's approved.
Step by step
- Go to Settings, open the Payments tab and tap Add information.

- Stripe opens. Enter the email for your Stripe account, or the email you want to use for a new one, and tap Continue.

- Enter the verification code Stripe texts to your phone.
- Pick your existing Stripe account, or choose Create a new account and follow Stripe's steps. Check the details and tap Agree and continue.
- You'll land back in Clyx with the message Account onboarded. Your balance shows On hold until Stripe finishes its review.

Full guide
The On hold status
Straight after connecting, your balance shows On hold. Clyx shows a reminder to wait around 30 minutes before creating an event. Once Stripe verifies your account, On hold disappears.
Existing or new Stripe account
If you already use Stripe for your community, link that one. If not, you can create one in the same flow. For help with Stripe itself, see Stripe's own support pages.
Your balance
Settings > Payments shows your total balance and what's available to pay out. Tap See details for more.
