Guests tap Buy tickets, pick a tier and quantity, review and sign your waiver, then pay by card or Google Pay. They see "You're in!" with a QR ticket, and get a confirmation email. Their ticket is always in their Clyx profile on web and in the app.
Step by step
- On your event page, guests tap Buy tickets and choose a tier and quantity.

- At checkout they review your waiver, tick to agree, sign with their initials and tap Continue.

- They pay by card or Google Pay, adding a promo code if they have one.
- They see "You're in!" with their QR ticket and ticket ID.

The confirmation email
Includes the QR ticket and ticket number, date, time and location, an order summary, order total, purchase ID and purchase date, plus Event page and View ticket buttons.
Purchase ID
Ask guests for this if you need to find an order. It matches the Purchase ID column in your dashboard and the payment in Stripe.
FAQs
A guest lost their ticket.
They can find it under Profile > Tickets on clyx.com or in the app, or in the confirmation email.
For editors: grey [Screenshot] and [GIF] notes show where each image goes. Files are on Joe's Desktop in Clyx help centre (working files) > Help centre media. Delete each note once its image is in, then delete this box and tick Published.
