Full guide
Sale dates are about selling, not the event
Sales start is when tickets go on sale. To sell straight away, set it to now. Sales end is when you stop selling: set it to the event start time, a little after for late arrivals, or earlier for an early bird tier.
Quantity
Without a quantity, a tier sells until the event is full (or forever if capacity is unlimited). Set one to cap a tier, for example 10 slow-pace runners because that's all one pacer can handle.
Scheduled vs On sale
A tier marked Scheduled (red) isn't on sale yet. On sale (green) means people can buy now.
Private tiers
Private tiers don't appear on your event page. Only people you send the link to can see and buy them, for example volunteers, crew or guests. See Share a private ticket tier.
Tickets must match your spots
Next step stays greyed out until your tiers' quantities match the event's total spots. In the walkthrough, 40 spots with 5 private pacer tickets needed the public tier raised to 35.
Editing or deleting a tier
Tap the three dots on a tier for Edit tier or Delete tier.
