You'll get an email from noreply@clyx.com called "Welcome to Clyx Community Leader Dashboard!". Tap Join Clyx Dashboard and work through four short steps: your details, your community, who founded it, and preview photos. It takes about five minutes, and you can skip anything optional and come back later.
Step by step
- Open your invite email and tap Join Clyx Dashboard. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder.

- Step 1, your details. Your email is filled in from the invite. Add your first and last name, then tap Next.

- Step 2, your community. Upload your logo (JPEG or PNG, up to 20 MB) and drag the frame to fit it. Then add your community name, community email, country and an optional bio.

- Step 3, about the founder. Add a founder photo and name, and how many events your community has run before.

- Step 4, preview photos. Upload between 3 and 10 photos that show what your events feel like. These are what people see when Clyx recommends your community.

- You'll go straight to connecting Stripe next. See Connect Stripe to get paid.
Full guide
Community email
This is the address for payments, enquiries and anything attendees need to send you. It can be different from the email you log in with. If you want them to be the same, just enter your login email again. You can change it later in Settings.
Founder photo
Usually a headshot of you, but it can be anything. Plenty of communities reuse their logo here.
Started number of events
How many events you've run before joining Clyx. Put 0 if you're brand new, or a rough total if you've been going a while (for example 20).
Preview photos
Photos from past events, the founder, flyers, anything that shows your vibe. You need at least 3. If you skip this step you'll be asked once more, and you can add them later.
Skipping steps
Steps 3 and 4 can be skipped and filled in later from Settings > Profile.
